These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Kasmix Management LLC (“Kasmix,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Services
Kasmix provides business support services including (but not limited to) payroll management, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and administrative assistance. The scope of services is defined in your service agreement or proposal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials (if applicable).
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws related to your business operations.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are outlined in your service agreement or subscription package.
- Payments are due as specified in invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Kasmix agrees to treat your business and employee information as confidential, and you agree to treat Kasmix’s methods, processes, and intellectual property as confidential. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, logos, and content provided by Kasmix remain the intellectual property of Kasmix Management LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasmix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kasmix from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
- Kasmix may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each party bears its own costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
13. Changes to Terms
Kasmix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
